I have a client that has old settings of installation Endpoint Protection 12.1.6607.6300 and i cant installl any other antivirus, please sent me the cleanwipe or a procedure to remove it. Server and other clients in my network are uninstalled full.

Tried also CleanWipe and the product is not cleaned... also tried Registry, Hidden Files and anything related with to unistall .

I've had issues with uninstalling 12.1.6.

You need to still have a copy of the installer, run setup, and then choose remove/uninstall.

I have an issue on uninstalling the existing quickheel antivirus, which expired one year ago, How many times i uninstall the software, still it kept on notifying me to uninstall, https://www.facebook.com/ suggested many steps, but i want a specific process to resolve it.

Tried to install the old installer of 12.1.6xxx was unable to proceed , the installer wont run or started at all. Also tried to install the management server and then uninstalled in the same machine was a complete fail also.

The solution came with finding and deleting the following registry keys 

Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.6608.6300 x64:

There was a leftover (also all registry keys with search keyword Symantec was already deleted)
